Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of psling.net. Any purchase is also subject to the product, delivery, cancellation, return, and other sales terms shown before you place an order.

1. Operator and Scope

psling.net is operated by PSNY LLC, 4-24-3 Akatsutsumi, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo 156-0044, Japan. These Terms of Use apply when you access or use this website, its content, or its enquiry services.

This English-language website is primarily an information and support service. A linked checkout, payment service, social platform, or third-party website may have separate terms. If a purchase is available, the commercial information and sales terms displayed for that product and destination before the order is placed form part of the transaction.

2. Information, Availability, and Markets

Website content is provided for general product and brand information. Publication of a product or price does not by itself guarantee that the product can be supplied to every country, region, or customer.

Products intended for babies and caregivers may be subject to destination-specific safety, labelling, consumer, import, and other requirements. We may restrict availability where a product has not been approved, tested, labelled, or arranged for lawful supply in the destination. This English-language website is not an offer to sell baby slings in the United States.

We aim to keep information accurate and current, but colours, textures, measurements, specifications, stock, and availability may differ or change. Any material information relevant to a purchase should be confirmed on the product and checkout pages before ordering.

3. Safe Use of Product Information

Wearing, care, and safety information on this website is general guidance and is not medical advice. Read and follow the instructions and warnings supplied with the specific product, check the product before each use, and maintain active supervision of the child.

If you are unsure whether a product or carrying position is suitable for you or a child, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Website guidance does not replace product-specific instructions, caregiver judgement, or professional advice.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • use the website unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that infringes another person’s rights;
  • interfere with the website, its security, availability, measurement, or other users;
  • introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at a harmful rate, or circumvent technical restrictions;
  • submit false, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unnecessary sensitive information;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for them; or
  • reuse website content in a way not permitted by law or these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s text, photographs, illustrations, video, design, logos, trade marks, and other content are owned by or licensed to PSNY LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website and make reasonable personal, non-commercial use of its content. You may not reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit content without prior permission, except where applicable law permits.

6. Enquiries and Material You Send

You are responsible for ensuring that information and files you submit are accurate, lawful, relevant, and that you have permission to send them. Do not submit payment-card details, government identification, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information through a general enquiry form.

We may use submitted material only as reasonably necessary to respond, provide a requested service, maintain records, protect rights, or comply with law, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Purchases and Contract Formation

A purchase is available only where the product, destination, payment, delivery, and regulatory arrangements are supported. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A sales contract is formed only when the order is explicitly accepted or fulfilled, subject to any mandatory rule that applies.

Before an order is placed, the applicable sales information should identify the seller, product, total price and currency, taxes and charges, payment timing, delivery method and estimate, cancellation and return conditions, whether an item is personalised or made to order, and how to contact the seller. If the checkout information conflicts with these general website terms on a transaction-specific matter, the clearer transaction-specific information applies, subject always to mandatory law.

Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. We do not accept an obligation to supply where payment is not authorised, a material pricing or product error is evident, the destination is unsupported, legal or safety requirements are not met, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot accept, it will be handled in accordance with the applicable sales terms and law.

8. Cancellation, Returns, and Product Problems

Cancellation and return rights depend on the product, destination, and applicable law and must be clearly displayed before purchase. A personalised or genuinely made-to-order item may be excluded from a change-of-mind cancellation right where the law permits and where that limitation was clearly disclosed before ordering.

A made-to-order or personalised status does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning faulty, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods. Nothing on this website, including any “no refunds” wording, overrides mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to or use services operated by third parties, including Shopify and payment, delivery, video, map, social-media, or communication providers. Their availability, content, security, and terms are controlled by those providers. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse all third-party content.

10. Liability and Non-Excludable Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or a right where doing so would be unlawful, including applicable consumer guarantees and liability for fraud or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to those non-excludable rights, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, a user’s unlawful or prohibited conduct, or a third-party service for which we are not legally responsible. Any further limitation must be fair, proportionate, clearly disclosed, and valid under the law applying to the user and transaction.

11. Suspension and Website Changes

We may maintain, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue website functions where reasonably necessary for security, operation, compliance, or service changes. We will not use this clause to remove rights already accrued under an accepted order.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms prospectively when the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date should be shown below. Where required, material changes will receive additional notice and will not be applied retroactively in a way that unlawfully disadvantages a user.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Courts in Japan may have jurisdiction, but this clause does not remove any forum or jurisdiction right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a concern arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict access to a regulator, court, alternative dispute-resolution process, or other remedy available under applicable law.
