1. Who Is Responsible for Your Information

The operator of this website and the organisation responsible for the personal information described in this policy is PSNY LLC (合同会社ピースニー), 4-24-3 Akatsutsumi, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo 156-0044, Japan.

This policy applies to psling.net. A linked service or website may have its own privacy policy and may act as a separate organisation responsible for information it receives.

2. Information We May Collect

Information you provide

• Your name, email address, country or region, and enquiry details
• Product names, page links, photographs, labels, and other information you choose to include in an enquiry
• Order, delivery, payment, return, or remake information when a supported transaction or service is arranged
• Marketing preferences where you actively choose to receive communications

Please do not send payment-card details, government identification, medical records, or other sensitive information through the general contact form. If a photograph includes a child or another person, send it only when necessary and when you are authorised to do so.

Information collected when you use the website

Depending on your choices and the technologies active on the site, we may receive IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, pages viewed, interactions, timestamps, cookie or similar identifiers, and diagnostic information.

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, used to measure visits and interactions and manage measurement tags
• Google Cloud BigQuery, used to retain and analyse exported website analytics data
• Google Search Console, used to understand how the website appears and performs in Google Search
• Microsoft Clarity, used with the statistics consent category for interaction analysis such as aggregated heatmaps and session playback
• Shopify, when you open a linked store, use Shopify Chat, checkout, order, payment, or another commerce service
• WordPress, Contact Form 7, hosting, email, security, and spam-prevention providers, used to operate the website and receive enquiries

These providers may receive identifiers and technical or transaction information according to their role and configuration. We must not send contact-form message contents, names, email addresses, photographs, payment details, or other directly identifying enquiry data to analytics tools.

Provider information: Google services, Microsoft privacy, and Shopify privacy.

6. Sharing and Service Providers

We may provide information to service providers only where reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including website hosting, email, enquiry handling, security, analytics, cloud storage, payment, commerce, delivery, professional advice, and legal compliance. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. Service providers receive information only for the functions described in this policy, according to their role and configuration.

7. International Processing

We are based in Japan. Some service providers may process or store information in Japan, the United States, or other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. Privacy laws and government-access rules may differ between countries. Where required, we use an applicable transfer mechanism, contractual protection, consent, or another lawful basis and provide additional information about the destination and safeguards.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We generally retain ordinary enquiry correspondence for up to three years after the last substantive contact. Order, invoice, contract, and accounting records are generally retained for seven years, or longer where law, a dispute, product safety, or another legitimate requirement makes this necessary.

Contact Form 7 is used to send enquiry messages by email and is not intentionally used as a separate WordPress message archive. Analytics retention differs by service: Google Analytics follows the configured property retention settings; exported Google Analytics data in BigQuery is retained without an automatic table expiry until deliberately reviewed or deleted; Microsoft Clarity generally retains session recordings for 30 days, while selected, labelled, aggregated, or other data may be retained for different periods under Microsoft’s current service rules. Server logs and backups follow the relevant hosting and security schedules.

Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained where it can no longer reasonably identify an individual.

9. Security

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the information and risks involved. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information and contact us if you believe information has been submitted or accessed incorrectly.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about overseas recipients. Rights may be subject to identity verification, legal exceptions, and retention obligations.

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Where a cookie preference control is available, you may also change non-essential cookie choices. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
